What's with the Venus Fly-trap 'toys' in Waitrose  :-\. A helpful person told me that's what those huge green faces might be.  Enough to scare kids I would have thought  ;D

It's because of the Xmas advert by John Lewis.
A giant Venus fly trap.  ::)
I personally think it's the worst John Lewis advert ever!
I look forward to their Xmas advert every year, this year I'm disappointed!  🤷‍♀️

That's had a lot of views today.  It feels a little staged ........... the dog hasn't wagged its tail which is a worry  :'(.  Done on a iPhone?

Can't get the John Lewis 1 at all!  waste of money unless it's simply to sell their green things which are enough to scare any child under the age of 30  ;D

The dog belongs to the couple (they are a real couple) and it does wag it's tail if you watch it again https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-67541181  Didn't make me cry though - but that song really grates on me - sorry  ;D
