I've walked into 2 rooms already and back out again without doing anything at all ......... I seem to be full of enthusiasm until it comes to the odds and sods jobs around the house ........  I don't think we will ever be tidy

I sometimes do lots of little things, then it makes me feel better 
I did the washing yesterday because it was sunny, I'm glad I did, it was raining this morning & dark (you'd like it Taz)
I have some ironing to do & 'putting away' of stuff that doesn't need ironing

Ironing done yesterday and putting away this morning ....... ought to be hoovering our room but hey, it's drizzling

Off to do a massive food shop to keep the people left at home in grub for a week. Then I have to pack my stuff, most of which is still in the washing machine, tumble drier or dirty washing basket    Get my hair trimmed as my fringe is wispily down to my ear level etc etc.

Yep - one builds up resentment which follows us into adulthood  ........ have a list of chores for the week but hey ho, if something better crops up I'm out of here

A couple of days Fleurie?? I live with my dust (apart from kitchen and bathroom as you say) for weeks at a time

I have cultivated the lived in look for years ........ it didn't take long

Yes, I can go weeks without dusting, feel sorry for the spiders I might make homeless

When I had a cat if her paw prints showed I knew it was time to dust

Damn, just clicked on here to post & remembered that the washing I put in the machine this morning must have finished ages ago 
i made 6 jars of jam yesterday, beat the wasps to the plums this year 
Just made myself a cup of tea & some scrambled egg because I remembered why I was hungry...no breakfast  Looked out of the office window & another branch has broken on the pear tree  that's the 3rd one because there is so much fruit on it this year - poor tree 
Going to have to get a ladder out today, even thought they aren't quite ripe.
Have picked as many as I can in the last couple of weeks to try & help it.

Just had a marathon clean up Cleaned the kitchen thoroughly and polished hoovered and wiped down in the living room, i now look as if ive just got out of the shower, im soaking, thats it for me today, feet up with a book, and looking forward to the cricket tonight. Tilly. x

I will hnb, i had to really push myself to do it though, you know how it is, full of the best intentions then you think `oh ive got all week to do it` then the end of the week comes and youve done b****r all, thats the reason the work needed doing as ive been putting it off for ages  Tilly. x
