I think they are back.  The problem is that the shelves are not been replenished through the day, or at least not to the extent they were before.  That's probably to do with distancing.

Our stores are shutting earlier to replenish shelves in the evenings/overnight which was what the Plans were passed on anyway - that all restocking had to be done overnight  :-\

Also some stores aren't getting 'variants' back, i.e. 5 types of sausage rather than 17  :o

And THE WASTE - a bin man was interviewed on TV News last night saying that the job is taking twice as long due to the bins being full of over-bought goods, they had to have 3 journeys to 1 particular area yesterday  :bang: :bang: :bang:

We cleared out under the stairs and kitchen cupboards today, it was the No1 job I wanted to do while we are home. I'm ashamed to say I had tins many years out of date  :-\ I'm sure I had good intentions when I bought the mandarin segments in 2016  ;D

They will be OK! it's a date, food keeps in cans that's why they are processed.  If the can hasn't blown ?  We found cans years ago without labels so it was a bit of a shock to find apple/blackberry pie filling for a Cornish pasty case  ;D

Gardening is keeping us busy.

That reminds me of stories I was told by my gran,  you could buy tins with no labels they were quite cheap, they used to shake them to try and identify the contents, she said tinned peaches/pears was easy  ;D

If U have pets and dont want 2 eat the contents .........  ;). oh evaporated milk  :-*  but HATE jelly or blanc mange  :-X

Someone in our village is making a suggestion list of dance tunes - the idea being that every Friday night, each street plays the choice of the night on their various gadgets and we go out 2 dance at respectable distances  ;D.  She will take the suggestions and choose which tune is appropriate.

U think that I'll be dancing  ;D even though I lack stamina so it might be a good idea.  No 'photos though  ;)

I think initially it's bopping 2 the beat as some estates across the UK are already doing.  A little bit more relaxed than getting up early to join Joe Wickes - anyone?

Some are sitting out keeping distances, chatting over a cuppa - whole streets full.

I have sorted through newspapers waiting to be read as well as antique magazines - taken out articles that I want to keep [stuff ? ] and will pass those on later this year.

DH has been gardening.

Oh ! I didn't get the 1 from the NHS  :-\

So behind with the info. as is the up2date advice in that advert  >:( and what happened to him?  :-\

I've sat in the sun, I've had a down day so feet have been up apart from a brisk walk with DH, a bit of shopping at the village store and a chat with people.  Sun won't do any harm, DH actually asked for sun screen earlier  :o

Not travel on the Tube?

Not me then  :-\ - one lady is taking 'photos of those isolating, it's been so popular that around Bedford people are now contacting her via social media.  I think she could probably do a calendar for 2021 at this rate!   Her Mum is in Italy so it gets her out to wave and take photos and helps her on a daily basis.
