I am very proud of myself. Cleaned a large part of the kitchen! I think I will put a DO NOT ENTER sign up so I can enjoy it for a while before DH comes in and messes it up!  ::)

I know the feeling stellajane! I'm still in bed. Normally up by 6.30 at the latest. I was rather hoping I'd get inspired to garden but that particular hobby has still not grabbed me! Enjoy your sparkling windows!

The Forestry Commission have posted on local Facebook asking people 'not to visit our forests' then have copied Government advice which is what locals are hinging on - they believe that they can still go to the woods to walk .......... but the Government advice contradicts what Forestry Commission actually want.

Apparently 1 can go shopping for essentials but not for chocolate  ;D - who made that decision, wasn't me.

It may be that people have simply run out of essentials?  So out into the car thing to find a store that doesn't have a queue?

Can you not meet in the middle stellajane?  then practice the distancing wave?

Reality Check worth watching  ;D - better than cleaning windows  ;)

I've had a walk, knackered now  :-\

Can't be bothered going out today, I'm sick to death of walking along suburban pavements! It will have to be exercise DVDs.

Just had a long chat with my sister on the phone. She only lives 5 minutes walk away too! She was saying her husband who's 60 has declared he's not going to retire for a long time having had this taste of life at home lol!
re. your husband: The difference is that, in normal circumstances he would be able to use his time and get involved in activities away from home. i still want to retire in my early 60's but hopefully healthy enough to do things.

We love being home alone 2gether  :-*  ;D

I have taken clothes/cases/shoes out of our wardrobe and given it a very good hoover.  I need to take the stuff of the shelves in there and decide what to keep/not.  Pawsing  :-\  for a cuppa and escape to the country then will review.
