I often wonder how I would react if I saw an incident in the street, it's bad enough coming across drunks on a Sat. afternoon

. Apparently Pubs are being provided with packs in order to stem bleeding if anyone is stabbed ......... to help save lives until emergency services arrive.

$:-\$ hopefully gloves will be provided to avoid cross infection.

I'd like to think I could help, but, in reality I don't know.
People have a tendency to freeze, through shock, ect.....
Plus, nowadays, not many people WANT to get involved....
Sad really...
If something happened to me out on the street, I hope someone would help me.
