I'm about a 1/3 of the way through but think my 22yr old son could hear it and vaginal atrophy isn't something I want him to remember me by lol so as soon as he's out the door in 20 mins I'll carry on watching x

Yes my mental state definitely needs gentle and attentive .....plus she's on HRT herself, so knows what weee going through .

Off for accupucture now , to try and help me , need to be a miracle worker I reckon , but he helped my migraines years ago , so shall see open mind and all that . Xx
