We would like to do a " cathedral crawl "   Husband loves Cathedrals and most of them are set in lovely cities so we could combine his culture with my love of retail !  Shrewsbury sounds like one to put on the list !

Evelyn it's a beautiful cathedral. Surrounding by really beautiful Tudor buildings. None of them are straight, they're all lopsided. Plenty of beautiful countryside to explore too

I didn't realise there is a Cathedral.  We were in Ely on Sat..  We have been to loads, although not religious I find the concept fascinating!

We just got our documentation and on line check in, four weeks exactly and we will be in Majorca.  Have had a few stressful episodes recently and was almost considering cancelling but we would loose all our money, so will try and relax and enjoy my week away.

Shrewsbury on my to do list- we have bought a secondhand campervan - so far been to Scotland and Derbyshire. I like the freedom of just getting up and going and am happier with my stoma in my own bed/toilet overnight- it has a toilet and shower!

Oh do send me details of the design via PM  - we have a Portapotty in mine but it needs a walk to the facilities i.e. shower.   I would like a small Hymer with shower ........ but it won't fit in our garage

It's a very old auto sleeper ford conversion - in its day top of range - bit slow but suits us as we mostly pootle on country lanes - looked at VW but too expensive for us and small  - then this appeared online at local garage - only two previous owners who had hardly used it so seemed like fate - it reminds me of my childhood in caravans - friend has Hymer but they are big and they are struggling to get insurance for going abroad now both in seventies

Home after a 4 night cruise to Zeebrugge and Amsterdam. We sailed from Southampton on Wednesday and docked early Thursday morning, we got the train into Bruges (it's one of my favourite places to visit), luckily we avoided the showers by having a hot chocolate 

Friday morning we arrived in Amsterdam where we had booked a P & O tour to Keukenhof gardens. We have visited the gardens before, but they were just as beautiful this time. The ship stayed in port overnight and sailed Saturday lunch time.

After a day cruising back to Southampton we arrived Sunday morning, it was a short cruise, but we really enjoyed it

It's not the washing I hate it's the ironing  but it's worth it for the lovely time we had

I do the basics only, shirts, trousers and tee shirts but my mother in law irons almost everything including sheets and duvet covers, which I fold and hope for the best when putting them on the bed
