Can you elaborate on your hrt medication journey? the tweaks that were made and how long it took to start getting relief from your depression and how long in total it took for you to be maybe get 70plus % better?

I'm having no luck despite the tweaks made to mine, it's prob been 4 or so months total with 2 increases in estradiol patches and progesterone administered vaginally.
