Yes always do carry it in my bag

I've not felt well since that episode, it's like it's awakened some meno symptoms I'd lost :-(

I feel so bad, I haven't told them yet, went chiropractor this morning and came home with crashing fatigue, have only just woke up

Job for tomorrow before/after my long drive to dentist

I did tell my friend who said that Pharmacists are aware that the product can cause a reaction, however, if the one you saw didn't ask about allergies and if you didn't think to tell him  ::)

Your body has had a shock which may have upset your hormones - set backs are worse than the original condition  >:(

I didn't think to mention it , I will always from now on, it's such a nuisance, can't have beta blockers because of asthma, I'd love to be just normal for a week
This wooziness is horrible

Bad, my double vision is really playing up and I'm now convinced that's what is giving me the disorientation, I had to drive the long distance to the dentist myself and really didn't feel right, have my 2nd eye appt a week Monday, it's been since Christmas , they said before double vision usually goes within 6 months and if it doesn't it usually means it's permanent, that's not good :-(

I just wish I knew if all this is hormonal or there's something else going on that hasn't been tested for. I've had crashing fatigue return last 2 days and my mood has been low, body aches are all back.  because I have no womb the only way I assumed I was ovulating was sore breasts and the last time I had sore breasts was last September, hopefully I'm near my 1 year anniversary and this whatever it is stops

Shock can make the whole body tense so maybe as your muscles relax it is allowing various aches and pains?  Have you tried a deep, warm, bubble bath - very good book and a cuppa ?

I'm not into books again lately, went to chiropractor Thursday for my shoulder blade and he said all my muscles were the least tense he'd felt on me

My back went turning over in bed this morning, great :-(

My back 'went' yesterday - I bent down and the lower back went into spasm, again last night when I was undressing and this morning when I bent - must remember to use my knees!

I hope yours recovers quick, usually I only get a few days pain, occasionally they're at least a 7 dayer

Back was OK most of yesterday 'cos the anxiety kept me settee bound  :-\  but I moved this morning and ouch - been OK since even when gardening.

Have you managed to relax today?

Yes thanks

Moods lifted thank god, was in  agony this morning trying to get out of bed but amazingly it's been manageable today, went out for our quarterly big family meal last last which was lovely as always, had alcohol and tolerated it keeping up with the others (around Xmas time one glass and I was a goner)
