Hope she's better this morning honeyb. Is the confusion due to her temperature rising as the evening goes on?

Push fluids today. Confusion can be caused by dehydration.

Much less confused today. Sitting up in bed giving directions as to what cleaning really must be done.....mainly ignored that.
She only has four more ABs left to take. Going to get the GP out to sound her chest to see if it's clear. I suspect not but I really don't know.
She is a bit better though. She wanted her hair done and her face cream
. She is also moaning more so that is very much a sign of improvement.

Hurrah Hb! Looks as though the worst is over for the moment. Glad (but not!) that she is ticking you off again!

Handed her the face cream and plugged in the heated brush so she could curl her hair which she did quite proficiently
Just called her and got into trouble for leaving a door open when I left.....shoot me now

Doctor came back this morning and says her lungs are still crackling so she has another course of ABs.
She is not happy. I went early today as I had to leave early to go with hubby for his scan.....well she wasn't pleased about that at all. I had to get her up out of bed to change the sheets. That did not go down well at all either.
I want my sister to get social services in to asses her for more care. I will have to go back tomorrow weather permitting. Sis and I simply can't keep this up for much longer. We are both tired. Sis is having to go every afternoon to give her dinner and feed the dog. I don't do that as that would mean another 25 mile round trip for me. I feel dreadful that my sister is having to do this everyday. We need more help. Mother never listens to me at any time so my sister is going to have to deal with it. Hope she sorts it soon but she seems to be dragging her feet and I don't know why.

STOP feeling guilty! It is up to your sister how much more she takes on and if it means more visits and having to feed the dog then that is her choice
.
Is your sister speaking to you yet?

You definitely need more help HB, you and your sister will get exhausted.
Do you think your sister has maybe broached the subject with your Mum and she is making her feel guilty?
Perhaps you could talk to her both together? Never an easy subject
