Sunshine poured into the windows - warming me through

My husband and I (oooh I sound like the Queen  ) have ordered our bedroom curtains.  No mean feat as we rarely, if ever, agree on anything to do with decorating or interior furnishings

The sun is shining  and I've annoyed our office Grinch by daring to put up my desktop Christmas tree... woohoo!!

I went out and about without anxiety  - the extra tablet is working

I've managed to sit downstairs with my hubby in kitchen for two hours after dinner. I used to like sitting upstairs in bed but recently I've been hiding in my room with the anxiety. Tonight I'm still feeling a bit anxious but am telling myself I can do next five minutes and so on.
