It was my son's birthday  :) and he was home as going back to uni soon 

Also it was such a lovely sunny day we went out and it was lovely and relaxing. Was supposed to be at home working but can't miss weather like this!  :sunny:

Happy birthday to your son and top idea taking advantage of the fab weather. It wasn't great in York today... Damp and drizzly.

Today I survived the first yoga class of the new term and don't seem to have lost much flexibility over the summer break.

well done on the yoga Galadriel, I did some advance moves last night was very proud.  I have been going for 13 months now, and have a lot of improvement.

Acupuncture today, made me feel heaps better.

Thank you SL. It's great when you discover you can do more than you think you can.

Today's positive was seeing my psychologist. She was so reassuring and I felt so much better for seeing her.

Cleaned my kitchen tiles and now they are really shiny  ::). Extremely satisfying.

It's always nice to come home CLKD.

HB if you're still in tile cleaning mode, there's a bunch in York that could do with your magic touch.

DD texted this morning. First day/night went well. She has work this morning but is off for the rest of Freshers week. I'm a happy bunny.

Great news about your daughter Galadriel - that first week is always a worry isn't it - making friends - and all that drinking! My son went back last w/e but as it's his last year he isn't partying and drinking so much!

Feeling positive today because the sun is out again  :)
