Going off tomorrow morning to Majorca (Soller) for 5 days. Painter is coming in while we are gone. Usual thing - I struggle to get everything cleared and sorted and packed, while O.H works until 7.30pm, then comes home, throws a few clothes in a bag and asks why I'm so stressed as it's easy to go away!  ::)
Weather forecast there isn't what we hoped as lots of thunderstorms and rain. Just hoping I can get in the sea. It's my birthday treat, but somehow we didn't manage to find a hotel with a pool!  :o

We are going away next weekend for 5 days to visit our newly married daughter and see their new house. We haven't seen them since the wedding and are ready for a break. We haven't been away this year due to the wedding and aren't going away again until next June so will really enjoy it  :)

Not that I can think of SL. We have to drive up Loch Lomond to get there though and that is in many a song. Looking forward to some Autumn colour hopefully. Also a trip to Stirling and Callender. Aberfoyle is five mins away and is very pretty.

Oh can't wait. Log fires and feet up here I come.
