Cold dry start but when we got to Glentrool temp was only 1c but no wind and the sun made an appearance, had a little rain driving back.

Well it's rained overnight 💦  :o


The sky to my left is grey but there's lovely blue clouds coming over from the right so I think it's going to brighten up so much for the BBC weather ap not a mention of rain on that !!


However it's not cold and I'm sitting on the balcony having a cuppa now I wouldn't be able to do that in the uk.

We spent hours working in Mum's garden on Wed., in sunshine.  Lots still to do but bugga, rain set in  >:( until this morning and of course, we were driving home  :bang:  We have 3 fruit trees to fell and others to prune back, as well as I have plants to move so that DH can dig over that particular patch. 

2 days of solid rain.  Welney Wash is flooded.  Fields in the fens standing in water, due to heavy machinery over the last 20 years and no fallow periods so that earth can recover.  Due to Europe ..........  >:(

Dull now.  Burner lit.  Lights on  :-\ and colder  :(
