Good Luck at your Gps and don't worry about crying, I did that after throwing one massive panic attack in front of her. At least they know your not having them on, which I'm sure sometimes they think we go to see them just for the fun of it.

Yep, looking back now, I'm convinced the panic attacks and depression I had years ago was the start of this mad meno journey for me! I also spent time crying at doctors, I'm sure they see it quite often, dont worry, there's always someone on here to support you,
