Polls

I notice on my stats that I can create polls and cast votes but I can see no option to do these. Can we create polls or is that a future option?

The option to add polls has been disabled.
Do we need them?

Can't see any need for them. What would they add? I've seen them used on another forum of which I'm a member, and they seem completely pointless.
