It's good when everything is paid off like that, no more worries. So you'll be able to enjoy your wonderful day without panicking over stuff. Nothing wrong with beans on toast, pasta & soup. We had to do that after we married as couldn't afford much else as all the money was put into deposit for house. Didn't have proper honeymoon till our 25th. But boy was it worth the wait!

Hi Eddie
Have been pretty busy with work and entertaining elderly aunts (mine is staying with me for a fortnight) so have not been online much.
Wedding dress is now at dress makers for slight alterations (taking up hem, moving straps) and she was bowled over by it. Kept saying how beautiful it was and how she had never seen one like mine before, so well chuffed if someone who makes and alters bridal frocks for a living thinks it is that good, it must be!!!!!!!!!!
Wedding rings have been ordered, just waiting for phone call to say they are done. Mine, although quite simple on its own, when it is with my engagement ring it looks almost like one broader ring, very nice. OH has settled for a titanium one with a celtic pattern on it. He does not usually wear rings so wanted somthing quite simple but tough wearing.
Got to go for my dinner, will brb!

Hi again
Am back now, had a lovely roast dinner cooked by my OH and then had to pop round to my youngest daughters to say bye to my sister who has been up for a weeks holiday.
So, where was I? Oh, yes, Dress sorted, rings sorted, lol. Have booked to have one of these spray tans this month to see what it looks like, then might get one done for wedding.
Had a 'hennie' night yesterday at my daughters house as my sister and aunty are here. All my grandkids were there looking as gorgeous as ever and a couple of my pals and one of my daughters m-i-l and s-i-l. It was a nice relaxed night with plenty to drink and eat. Was going to go out on the town with two daughters and their friends but thought better of it. Would have probably just ended up making a 'show' of myself and then suffering for the next few days, lol. Decided to go home about 11pm to see my man.
Having another 'hennie' later this month with some of my other pals. A cocktail night at one of their houses followed by a visit to a local club if am still standing, lol.
That is it up to now, but getting really excited now.
Thanks for your interest and will keep you informed of what happens next!
Take care xx
