Can I add my three?

1)  My Mum, I couldn't manage without her
2)  My parrot Japha who has been a permanent fixture in my life for over 23 years - had him as a 3 month old chick and we'll celebrate our silver anniversary in May 2017.
3)  Nefer, my 4 year old maine coon who can have me in tears and laughter in equal measure.

I don't know how I'd manage without them.

My gorgeous son turns 18 today December 30th , we tried 9 years for a baby and to be celebrating his 18th still seems unreal and amazing. I court my lucky stars every day I have with him xx

Good way to end the old year and start a New Year.

I'm grateful for my DH, children and grandchildren.

I'm also very grateful for modern medication for enabling me to get to the point of not thinking about breathing! I'm not up to :spin: yet, but maybe next year!

:hbday: to your lovely son WTD and a happy new year to you, and everyone.

This morning I am grateful for family, health and friends, real life and cyber friends (you know who you are).  These things cannot be bought or replaced

My son and family live by a lake in Maine in the hot summer months, where coons (known over here as Great Northern Divers) come to reside in the summer months as well. Many years they bring up a fledgling. They keep a healthy distance from humans, but come and inspect what's going on if there's any activity. You hear their ghostly call day and night. Yes, very regal and wonderful to watch.
