Just want to reiterate again I don't know where I would be if it wasn't got this site, the support and advice I've had has been incredible - ok I'm not sorted yet but I know whenever I have a concern or symptom I can ask in here (can't believe how many times I've posted) and I always get reassurance knowing I'm not alone we are going on this journey and it's a battle but àlso comforting to know some ladies have found something that's right for them and has helped / hugs to you all xx

Couldn't agree more. The support and advice from the people on here is amazing. Just to have someone who 'gets it', without judging or belittling, has massively helped me this past month. Just wish I'd logged in two years ago and saved myself a lot of stress, hiding away from the world and unnecessary medical tests. I never envisaged starting my 40s this way, but thanks to this forum, I'm learning to stop mourning 'old me' and instead take a bit of control back in what has become my crazy 'what weirdness will today bring' world.

The ladies on this site are brill...the advice and heartfelt messages are what you need when your dealing with the whole range of meno symptoms.....there's always someone to help or just to listen.

My Doctor gave me the name of this site and it's been a life saver for me!!
