Fortunately: yes …….. but I remember the bad days well which is why I take time to smell the roses  ;)

Hi

I would have normally had my period on day 3 of the new pack of femoston, but i have not had it yet.
I had a 'bitty period' due to missing the hrt but nothing like the withdrawal bleed I usually get.
I'm just checking that it's ok.

Carry on with the packet rotation as recommended.  Your own hormones are being interfered with so may object, don't alter the regime  ;)

I used to score my anxiety 1-5, 5 being the highest. It helped putting my score on the daily calendar so that I could look back and see if there were triggers and indeed, that I survived  ;)

Dandelion yes I had strange bleeding patterns on Femston anything from day 23/24 to day 7 sometimes light/sometimes heavy. Just have light bleeds on Oestrogel/Utrageston. I decided it was just a Femston quirk.
