It is horrible yesterday wasnt too bad just soreness in the am
Today woke up went for a wee wee and bam burny
Also my inner labia was burny and the general bruised feeling I wouldnt mind but my labias are now 1/8th size they were 8mnths ago
Didnt have the wee wees though that was all fine till late afternoon
Then went 3 times in an hour and burnt like billy oh then it went off again?
All day every day 24/7 my fanny is there It eased up immesnley in early December
Just the vanishing bits kept vanishing and some days Id burn for a few moments then it went
2 weeks ago it all came back and Ive not a bloody clue why
To feel tickety boo as they used to say yet have this constand avhe and burn every bloody day
Ikm not on any cream and now wonder if when I came off the cream I should have stopped the pill too
Cos Im getting one hormone and not the otehr?
But this AV started 18mnths ago with an itch that lasted 2 weeks thehn I was fine for 6mnth then it really started
Its never really gone since then and for most of the time I was using HRT cream and the mini pill and it made no difference?

Oh, Suzi, so sorry, wish I had the answer for you - just miserable
Mine is currently easier but know yours was at one time so keep wondering why and when it will come back. I found just putting a plain aqueous cream on it was my best option, all the other stuff I tried, steroid cream, calendula, aloe vera, Femigel, Vagisil, Pinetarsol, Vit E oil etc etc etc were no help. The plain aqueous cream in a big tub from Boots was a little soothing.
I seem to have swapped my sore 'bits' for a sore mouth, suppose I should be grateful it's not both at once
take care

Hello
The dryness only bothers me during sex. I found the cream that works best for me is 'Pussy Rub' in a pink tube available from Ann Summers shops, it costs about £6.
I really did not like KY Jelly as it felt so 'gloopy'

If it was just sex I could cope but this is sore burning tender aching 24/7
It never goes its there all the time
No wonder I try to hold off going for a pee cos as soon as I do I burn the house down

I hope it works well for you Suzi - don't be angry at yourself - we all put off things that we know we should do, especially if we think it may be painful.

So go for it Suzi

Ok its now been 8pills and it has helped immensly
The burnings gone touch wood The constant wanting to go for a wee wee has eased 70%
No itching but then I never did except for the first few weeks
No sides to it so far sureley I would have had them after 8 days yes?
Ive riden the motor bike over the weekend probably 14 hours and never once did we have to stop for a wee
In fact I didnt even feel the need to go Im not dry anymore feel a bit plumper but thats probably mind over matter
Saturday morning I was in a bit of pain in my vagina almost like a spasam took my pill and it eased off after an hour or so then fine
Its not gone yet still dont feel 100% right but for the fisrt time in 18mnths Ive gone 6 days out of 8 with no pain no burning
Just a tad more wee wee than normal there again Ive forgot what normal was or is
GP receptionist rang today my Bloods results were in and she said Doctor wants to see you talk about the results I freeaked
OH god have I got cancer or something she said OH no if it was anything bad hed have rang for you to come in asap
Then she said sorry you have an appt for next Saturday I didnt see it I dont know do GPs ring to get you to come in for results?
I went last Monday so it will be 12 days to see him after the bloods(I go saturday) is this normal should I be scared
He did full blood work up the lot Ijm nervy now OK dont laugh its me and as I get nervy guess what my fanny starts up !!!!!

Hi suzi - I see that you are taking Lexotan. I didn't know you were taking this. Have you been on it for a long time?

well I think that's amazing that you have had some result after such a short time on Vagifem, Suzi, long may it continue!
The blood test result thing can't be anything too worrying or he would have had you in before that. My husband had the same thing happen just this last week and it turned out that his cholesterol was up a bit, nothing dramatic.
I've never heard of Lexotan.
take care of yourself

Crescent - I don't think that Lexotan is available anymore in the UK - it is one of the benzodiazepine drugs like Mogadon, Valium, Ativan or Rohypnol. Used short term they can help alleviate anxiety.
Suzi - I got called in because of raised cholesterol too - though my doc wasn't that bothered to be honest.
