Its official im going off my head, i could be feeling fine then maybe i will see a small spot blemish or bruise on me, thats it, out comes the mirror and im looking for anymore on my body, if i see any my mind goes haywire, im dying i've got something seriously wrong with me, i worry for days then im ok, is anyone else like this or am i really going loopy

Nope, not loopy but as our skin alters, our feelings change and we start 'the change' journey, we can imagine all kinds of things wrong with us.

What is the worst that could happen?

I have had this problem as well valtay since coming into the menopause. Mind you i don't think it helps that i work in the hospital and can be facing death in the face most days.
