How to stop following a post

HI, can anyone tell me how to "unfollow" a post? Thanks :)

Hi not quite sure is it to do with the notify button along the top of the post

just tried notify button, when clicked it changes to un notify :-)
clever meeeee lol

I just clicked notify at top of post and it said "are you sure you wish to enable notification of posts?".......so I'm none the wiser ???
